This Privacy Policy is applicable when you use and register on the website https://www.aprodmayo.org/ and / or all websites registered in the domain aprodmayo.org and / or its subdomains (the “Websites”).

Important for minors: If you are under 18 years of age, keep in mind that it is necessary for your Legal Representative to authorize us to process your personal data. By enrolling in our Websites either as a volunteer, partner or applicant for a position, Techo understands that:

• The Legal Representatives of users under 18 years of age have given their express consent so that Aprodmayo can process their personal data.
• The Legal Representatives of users under 18 years of age, before giving prior consent, have read and fully understood our Privacy Policy.

In case your Legal Representative does not deliver the authorization referred to above, we ask that you please do not register on our Websites.

1. OBJECTIVES OF OUR PRIVACY POLICY

For Aprodmayo the protection and security of your data is very important, as well as the exercise of your rights over them. Therefore, this Privacy Policy seeks to explain clearly the Ceiling practices related to:

• Coordinate and develop the activities and social assistance events carried out by Techo and who need the help and collaboration of volunteers. Including the contact of volunteers and the preparation of statistics necessary to carry out social assistance operations.
• Take all necessary measures so that our volunteers can develop social assistance activities in an adequate and safe way.
• Respond to any health need of our volunteers that may arise during the development of an activity as much as we can until the attendance of qualified professional.
• Evaluate and analyze the proper functioning of our Websites by, for example, statistical studies on the frequency and visiting hours of our Websites.
• Adopt measures that allow APRODMAYO to execute strategies aimed at increasing the number of interested parties in their volunteer activities.
• Give our users information about social assistance activities and events that may be of interest to them.
• Respond to all requests and requests made by users and be able to communicate with them.
• Coordinate and carry out the processes for applying for positions on the Roof, including the subsequent contact of the applicant.
• Carry out all activities related to the management and coordination of the contributions of our partners, in order to develop our social assistance activities.

For the development of our social assistance activities we may need the help of subsidiaries or companies related to Techo, who will process your personal data on our behalf, following our instructions, subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy and adopting security measures and adequate confidentiality for the processing of data.

b) Special cases in which we could transfer your personal data to third parties.

In some special cases, and limited to those indicated below, we may share your personal data with third parties if we consider, in good faith, that there is a reasonable need to access such data or use it, keep it or disclose it for the following purposes:

• Address any request for information that we receive from a competent administrative, judicial or investigative body and generally collaborate in the investigation of possible illegal activities.
• Comply with a requirement or obligation established in current legislation, sector regulation or applicable regulations.

5. THE RIGHTS YOU HAVE ON YOUR DATA

In accordance with the Law on Protection of Private Life, it is your right to ask us for information about your data that we have collected. You can also ask us to modify your personal data if they were erroneous, inaccurate, equivocal or incomplete; or that we eliminate or block them if you wish.

In the latter case, you must make a new request to delete the new personal data that we have collected.
